01 Seller and scope

guojkai™ is owned and operated by Guangzhou Ruanti Trading Co., Ltd., the seller for purchases made through guojkai.com. These terms apply to purchases from this website. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of these terms.

02 Product descriptions

Review the individual product page before ordering, including the material, weave, color, approximate finished dimensions, construction, and care instructions. Lighting and screen settings can affect perceived color. These variations do not remove your rights if an item is materially different from its description.

Scarves and wraps are sold individually with one printed care card. Clothing, bags, hair elastics, clips, scarf rings, brooches, and other styling accessories are excluded unless expressly listed as included.

03 Orders and availability

Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. An automated order receipt confirms that your order has been received; it does not by itself guarantee availability. If we cannot fulfil an order because of availability, a material pricing error, or another legitimate issue, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled goods.

For cancellation or address changes, contact service@guojkai.com promptly with your order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch is underway. If dispatch cannot be stopped, an eligible return can be arranged after delivery. Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

04 Prices and payment

The currency and total payable are presented at checkout. Review item prices, shipping charges, discounts, taxes shown, and any cross-border charge disclosures before completing payment. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout for your order.

Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees. Destination duties, taxes, or handling charges may be payable locally unless collected at checkout or expressly stated as included. See our Payment & Security page for more information.

05 Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–7 business days for available destinations. Processing time is separate from transit time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery availability and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Customs checks, public holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, or remote-area delivery may extend the estimated timeframe.

If delivery is materially delayed, your parcel appears lost, or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate it, contact service@guojkai.com with your order number so we can investigate. Mandatory cancellation, replacement, or refund rights remain available. See our Shipping Policy for full delivery information.

06 Returns and remedies

Eligible items may be submitted for a return request within 30 days of delivery. Email service@guojkai.com with your order number, item name, and reason for the request before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send returns automatically to our business address or the address printed on an outbound parcel.

For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags and the included care card. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage unless applicable law provides otherwise.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and any necessary return shipping without imposing costs that are our responsibility.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. 07 Use and care

These products are adult decorative fashion accessories. Follow the care card and product-specific guidance. Dry clean only. Keep loose fabric away from flames and moving equipment. Scarves must not be used as restraints, load-bearing straps, protective clothing, or carrying supports.

08 Responsibility

Each party remains responsible as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer guarantees or liability for fraud. These terms do not remove remedies available under applicable law.

09 Questions and disputes

Contact service@guojkai.com or call +86 15794911232 so we can try to resolve an issue. Customer service hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, China Standard Time (UTC+8), excluding public holidays.

These terms do not require you to waive access to courts, regulators, or dispute resolution available under applicable law. Mandatory protections of your country of residence continue to apply where applicable.

10 Changes to these terms

Terms may be updated for future purchases. The terms presented for your purchase and applicable law govern that purchase; later revisions do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
