01Available payment methods
The payment methods currently enabled for your location are displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by country, currency, device, and payment provider. Only the methods shown at checkout are offered for that order.
02Prices, currency, and charges
Check the displayed currency, item prices, shipping costs, discounts, and any taxes presented before placing your order. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees. Any destination import charges not collected at checkout may be payable locally.
03Payment authorization
Your payment provider may request additional authentication. An authorization may temporarily reserve funds before a final charge is completed. If a payment fails or remains pending, check with your provider and contact us before repeatedly submitting the same order.
04Checkout security
Enter payment details only through the store’s checkout and its payment-provider flow. We will not ask you to email a full card number, card security code, password, or one-time verification code. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
05Suspicious messages
If you receive an unexpected payment request appearing to come from guojkai™, contact service@guojkai.com independently before responding or opening payment links.
06Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
