Shipping Policy
Processing and transit are separate stages of your order.

01Where we ship
Available destinations are shown at checkout. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, contact service@guojkai.com before placing an order. We do not promise delivery to every country or address type.
02Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. If an item or order requires a different processing time, we will communicate the relevant information.
03Estimated transit time
After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–7 business days for available destinations. This estimate excludes processing time and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs checks, public holidays, weather, carrier disruption, or remote-area delivery may extend the timeframe.
04Shipping charges
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment and may depend on the destination and order. Any free-shipping offer applies only when its stated conditions are met. No universal free-shipping entitlement is implied.
05Tracking
When tracking is available, dispatch information is sent using the contact details supplied with the order. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have not received an update, contact us with your order number.
06Addresses and delivery issues
Check your delivery address and contact details before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if something needs changing. If delivery fails, a parcel appears lost, or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate it, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Responsibility and remedies are determined by the circumstances and applicable law.
07Customs and import charges
For cross-border orders, destination duties, taxes, or handling charges may apply unless collected at checkout or stated as included. Local customs procedures can affect delivery timing. Review any checkout disclosures before ordering.
